Recently retired after 44 years as a diplomat with the State Department, I am in the leadership of Jewish and Democratic organizations working to face modernization and intergenerational challenges. I am working to address challenges non-profit organizations face in harnessing the collaborative and creative potential of design thinking, AI, knowledge management. livestreaming and social media, including understanding what can be done with AI and low-cost platforms. Helping build the information services of several Jewish organizations. Spoke on this subject at 2012 South-by-Southwest (SXSW) Interactive.
