Hi there, I’m a leadership coach. I want to help you be the best leader you can be.

If you’re like me, you went to school to learn your “trade”, started at an entry-level position and learned on the job. You performed well and were asked to lead a group. From there your authority, responsibility, and number of people you supervised grew. And, here you are, today, leading.

And if you’re like me, you never had formal training in leadership, unless you were in the military. Well, when I attended the Leadership Coaching program at Georgetown, I had many “ah ha” moments as instructors enlightened me about leadership skills. If only I had known these things earlier! My construction career would have been even more successful, effective, and satisfying.

Leadership skills can be learned, practiced, practiced some more, and engrained as behaviors. We work hard. We owe it to ourselves, our team members, families, and the community to show up being the best leader we can be.
