I'm a globally experienced SAP expert based in Ireland where I lead the Customer Experience team for Syslink-Xandria, the industry-leading management solution for large-scale SAP landscapes.

My role includes everything from customer engagement and feedback, to evangelism and right through to go-to-market and strategy.

I've a background in computer science and have spent the last 9+ years in the SAP space across a wide range of industries in EMEA, North America and India.
