César Bocanegra

César is currently the COO of DonorsChoose.org. Prior to joining DonorsChoose.org, César spent 11 years with AT&T; in various capacities, including Sales, Finance, and Vendor Management. He was the national president of HISPA, a non-profit organization focused on developing Hispanic youth. César earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Caltech, where he specialized in Product Design and Development. He graduated with an M.S. from MIT, where he focused his education in designing Manufacturing Systems and making them more efficient and lean by eliminating non-value added activities. César recently obtained his MBA from the Wharton School of Business in Strategic Management.
