I’m Bodrul Amin, the founder and Principal Solicitor at Solidaire Solicitors (www.solidaire.co.uk). Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2015, I’ve specialised in employment law, with a particular focus on redundancy and settlement agreements.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of advising and representing clients from a wide range of sectors. I previously worked at Thompsons Solicitors—one of the UK’s largest employment law firms—where I represented members of major trade unions including Unite, Unison, RMT, FBU, and PCS. I was also involved in the leading case of Ball v First Essex Buses Limited, which helped shape key aspects of employment law.
