BodyCon provides fitness classes for women of all ages to help them stay fit and healthy. We design safe and effective exercises to help you stay strong and toned with great confidence. We specialise in pregnancy and post natal exercises.

• Post Natal Personal Training- Our losing weight after pregnancy helps you to get back your shape and confidence after child birth.
• Diastasis- We offer the Holistic Diastasis Healing Programme to tackle the gap between the abdominal muscles, usually seen after pregnancy.
• Pelvic Floor Exercise- This system restores your strength and condition to the pelvic floor during and after pregnancy.
