I began his coaching career while serving in the United States Navy as a Command Fitness Leader. Where I was responsible for developing and implementing nutrition and training protocals for service members. In 2011, I decided to Honorably separate from the United States Navy to continue to begin a career in Health and Wellness in the civilian sector. Since then I created my brand Evolve Nutrition & Fitness have become one of the most sought training facilities in San Diego. I am a multiple time winner of San Diego’s A-List Best Trainer and Best Boot-camp Award as well as Thumbtacks Top Trainer award

I opened my first brick and mortar location 18 months ago after spending 7 years renting from other fitness business owners. I am a fan of fitness, entrepreneurship, and martial arts. I’m also interested in web development and innovation. You can view my website with a click on the button above.
