Hello.

I am a Ph.D. student at UCLA in the laboratory of Dr. James Liao. I work on redesigning metabolic pathways to produce valuable chemicals. In my previous project, I created a new glycolysis pathway that avoids carbon dioxide loss. Check out the publication here:

I have worked for the Department of Energy for several years at two national laboratories (LBNL and NREL) and as a DOE Student Ambassador.

Raised in the Silicon Valley, I have an entrepreneurial mindset and would love to work with highly-motivated people, either in a startup, a large company, or in academia.

Cheers!
