Mindy Vallis

I am a 27 year old female living in the Shaky City (Christchurch, NZ) with my BF and our four flatmates. I enjoy yoga, running and mountain biking.

In my spare time my mind is occupied by musings of healthy/natural living, conservation and the environment and how these co-relate.

I am starting to realise that perhaps somewhere in that realm is where my true passion lies and hence why I am wanting to explore these subjects through this blog – maybe through this exploration I will uncover my true calling in life .
