Bolaji Olagunju

Bolaji Olagunju is a seasoned entrepreneur and Strategic Advisor to CEOs and business leaders across Africa. He is currently the Executive Chairman of Workforce Group and the Founder and Chairman of Workforce Foundation (WF).

Leveraging his extensive experience advising business executives and helping them achieve distinctive advantages in the areas of policies, practices, projects, and people performance, he founded Workforce Foundation based on the belief that government can and should operate with the same discipline, rigor, accountability, and performance orientation obtainable in the business sector.
He is the originator and chief proponent of the fast-growing movement of 'Supporting the Government to run as a Business' He firmly believes that Nigerians should be elevated to the same level and accorded the same honor as business shareholders. As such, he champions the foundation's efforts to deliver better outcomes by empowering Chief Executives of MDAs, their Special Advisers, and other public service leaders with the strategic resources needed to build high-impact institutions and strong teams.
