Brian Boland
I was born in upstate New York and lived there until I turned 7 years old. Most of my family are from New York, but I have relatives in Oregon, Vermont, and New Hampshire. I have played soccer since I moved to Georgia, and I am a swimmer. My favorite sport is slalom skiing. I also enjoy playing recreational soccer and tennis. I love travelling and visiting new places. My favorite food is raspberry fudge torte frozen yogurt, which can only be obtained from Stewart's shops in New York. My favorite book is The Giver by Lois Lowry, and my favorite movie is "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" with Clint Eastwood. My favorite place to visit is my grandparents' lake house on Schroon Lake in upstate New York. Also, every winter I go up to the North to snow ski with my family. My parents' names are Kevin and Kelly. I have two sisters, Bridget (age 9) and Casey (age 12). I lived in Powder Springs, GA before I came to UGA. I attended a school called Hillgrove High School, and I lived in a neighborhood where the new movie, "The Watch" was filmed. Over the summer, my friend and I started our own mailbox painting business which has kept me very busy in recent times. My intended major is biology, as I hope to become a doctor in the future.
