Ahmed Bolica is the proud founder and CEO of Pimula, a fully integrated digital marketing agency launched in 2015 in Alexandria, Egypt. What began as a small operation with minimal resources has evolved into a leading regional player with offices in Alexandria, Cairo, and Jeddah, powered by a team of 100+ innovative minds.

In 2020, Pimula expanded its influence in the world of PR and events by launching Pimula Communications—a dedicated sister company focused on elevating event experiences across the Middle East.

In 2023, Ahmed further expanded the Pimula ecosystem by launching Pimula Films—a high-end production company based in Egypt, offering a wide range of services from commercials and TV specials to short digital videos and motion graphics.

Even before founding his agency, Ahmed was actively engaged in Egypt’s digital scene, mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs and offering guidance through renowned platforms like Startup Weekend Egypt, Startup MENA, and the African Entrepreneurship Award. Through both personal efforts and Pimula’s initiatives, he has helped numerous startups connect with their markets, scale effectively, and realize their goals.

Ahmed is also a proud member of the Egyptian Junior Business Association (EJB), where he continues to engage with a community of forward-thinking leaders and contribute to Egypt’s evolving business landscape.

Ahmed’s academic background in Business provided a solid foundation, but his heart always belonged to creativity and innovation. This led him to self-learn web design and ultimately channel his talents into building a dynamic agency that serves brands across various sectors.

Today, beyond leading Pimula, Ahmed continues to grow the agency’s capabilities by introducing new services such as mobile application development.
