Former sous chef at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills Hotel, personal chef to the “King of Pop,” Michael Jackson and a private chef for numerous A-list celebrities, Chef Sanjay is a global culinary genius professionally trained in traditional Indian, Indo-Chinese, Italian and Latin American cuisines.

Sanjay’s franchise consists of two award-winning Indian Food Trucks, a celebrity-driven catering business, an award-winning restaurant in Westwood, and its newest restaurant located at 13355 Ventura Boulevard in California.

Bollywood Bites also features delicious vegan and gluten-free entrées, as well as popular Indian street food, Indo-Chinese entrées and a Kid’s Menu with fun Indian cuisine for kids!
