During this period the company was the largest debt elimination providers utilizing an automated system for home-owners to achieve financial freedom within 5 to 10 years eliminating all of the debt including their mortgage. We also provided funding for investors that intended to flip or wholesale their properties. Our company originated several hundred home improvement loans and rehab financing for homeowners throughout Utah and Nevada. We began originating commercial loans in both states funding over $100,000.000 in commercial loans from 2003 to 2008. This included land acquisition loans for development. This also included commercial properties and entities.
