I work with organizations interested in building a more sustainable, beautiful, open world and workplace. More about working with me on that here.

I've spent over 15 years on the product and people side of Agile software development, including a jaunt across the pond to pursue an MBA from Cambridge University. I've also enjoyed being part of the international conference scene, delivering keynotes and collaborative workshops as well as serving as both volunteer and organizer.

My career as a change agent has taken me through start ups and Fortune 100 companies alike, including:

Agile Coach at Spotify and CircleCI, modeling influence without authority while working with highly technical teams to find and exercise their power.

Visiting Scientist at PraxisFlow, engaged to coach the DevOps / lean business transformation of a global healthcare giant that for now must remain nameless

Agile Practice Lead at Arcweb Technologies, facilitating the transition from 3-person start-up to 35+ product development company

Technical Director/PM at the award-winning digital creative agency JESS3, including clients NikeID, Google Politics, and Samsung@SXSW

Director of Technology at Purpose, developing tools to power social movement entrepreneurs in the age of social media

Since my day job can be pretty intangible, I like to fill my spare time with hands-on projects: fixing broken things, making delicious meals, woodworking, Forrest yoga, and fire spinning. I also love reading (mostly fantasy and sf), and talking to other people about how culture is weird.
