Bonnie Dog

I am a bitch! Yes that's correct I am a female dog and probably a bitch as well. A middle-aged chocolate Labrador who has been with my family from as early as I can remember. I live with adults, children and goldfish and this is my blog of observations past, present and future. My Dad is one of those para... thingy me bobs, kind of green looking. He's grumpy most times he comes in from work {but never when he's off the next day} and sometimes when we're alone he pours himself a funny looking and smelling drink which makes him talk a lot and wobble. I like these times because I get more cuddles, he occasionally slips a swear word in {which makes me chuckle} and if I'm really lucky he has a good rant about his working days... but more of those tales later. Speaking of tales my mum drinks that funny liquid like my dad but more of it... I am fussed over and loved by the whole family especially by the little adults; that makes me feel so happy. The goldfish just stare at me {that used to freak me out} now I just stare wantonly back. Me and the goldfish could be good friends, we could swim together and I'd learn how to hold my breath under water for a long time; that's if I did't eat them first. I like water, mud, sniffing and especially walks with my family, I feel so lucky. Do not underestimate me, I have two capable, large floppy ears, an alert mind and big see all 'puppy' eyes. Eyes and ears with which to observe those around me... and tales to spin... xxx
