1 free Reschedule within 14 days of booking (within 48 hrs or more) after 14 days you’ll be required to pay a new deposit to rebook

If I rebook you that doesn’t count as 1 rebooking being that it was due to a self fault vs the client being the initiator of the rescheduling.

If I reschedule you, you’ll have the option to immediately be reimbursed for your deposit. If not then you have up to 2 times to reschedule for your convenience.(must be within 30 days). Anything after the second time rescheduling, you will have to pay a new deposit to set a new appointment date/time.

No outside guests or children are allowed

Please come with clean, dry hair, and free of oils. Please do not arrive with any remainders of your previous hairstyle (arriving with small braids to take down, single braids to take down, sew in to cut out etc.) your appointment will be canceled and you’ll be required to reschedule

Deposits are non refundable subtracted from your service total

Clients do have a 15 minute grace after their scheduled appointment time to arrive for their service. Only if communicated

After the free 15 minute Grace you’ll be charged a guaranteed $25 late fee which will be due upfront before your service.

No call no shows will cause you to be banned from scheduling

Please schedule on a convenient, free day for you; as service times may incidentally be extended or even in most cases; shorter than expected

I service children ages 12 and up

If you have concerns about your style Be sure to let me know before you leave your appointment to be appropriately accommodated. Otherwise it’ll be a forfeit.
