Hello, I’m Bonnie. I’m a Senior Project Officer working at Victoria Police's Gender Equality & Inclusion Command.
I have specialist experience in design and evaluation of strategies and programs in family violence, gender equality, LGBTIQ+ inclusion and criminal justice.
I am currently completing my PhD in Sociology investigating male dominated organisations and the impact of gender equality reform on LGBTIQ+ and gender diverse employees.
