DJ Chris Stylez's love for his craft started long ago as a student at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. After years of watching from the sidelines, his dream of becoming a professional DJ became a reality in 2008 as Chris Bland emerged as the official DJ Chris Stylez.

A native of New Orleans, LA, DJ Chris Stylez is a member of the Defintion DJs, the premier crew of DJs in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and Oklahoma. DJ Chris Stylez believes in playing quality music that all crowds can enjoy, including blending the old with the new from old school hip hop to contemporary R&B. With his old school soul and new school heart, you can be sure there will be non-stop partying from start to finish. DJ Chris Stylez is always looking to provide that "Ooh, that's my jam!" moment of nostalgia for the crowd.

DJ Chris Stylez believes that in order to get, you have to give and has donated his time to benefit the betterment of others in various ways. Each Christmas, he hosts the annual "DJ Chris Stylez and Friends - The Hip Hop Holiday Toy Drive," to donate to kids. He has also participated in other volunteer events at Jim Singleton Charter School's Marching Band Fundraiser and Positive Solutions Celebrity Basketball Game to raise awareness of violence.
