Michael J. Herman is a true entrepreneur.

As a young college student, Mike began his professional career as a TV writer for shows like Charles In Charge, Alf, Married With children, In Living Color, Bay Watch, and Northern Exposure.

Seeing the opportunity to branch out on his own, Mike launched Third Eye Telepictures, through which he developed and produced a number of successful TV properties.

While a college Freshman in 1984 Mike is appointed Vice President of The Volunteers for The Blind & visually Handicapped, a nonprofit dedicated to life enhancements for the Disabled. Mike is instrumental in growing this to a national presence.

1978 first book published Woners; The Ramblings of A 12 Year Old.

1988: Mike produced the fir PBS "Prison Insights" in which he investigated the incidents of illiteracy in the Correctional System.

1991: Writer-Producer, The Clown, a low budget exploitation film about a murderous clown in a traveling carnival.

1994: Mike created, developed, and produce the highly acclaimed It's Showtime! a weekly magazine series focusing on convention and tradeshow business news.

1994 launch of The Perfect Company, a full service international motivational speaking and training seminar company with a parallel interest in the Vending Industry.

1994 Introduces to the market The Balloon Typhoon (a live events attraction for young children.) BalloonTyphoon.com.

1997 The incredible success of The Perfect Company brings the launch of The Motivational Minute Publishing Company.

Providing publishing and marketing services for the newly launched The Motivational Minute syndicated Column. This media eventually delivers daily subscription-based motivational content to more than 1 million daily global readers by email.

2002 Met Penny Actress, singer, comedian Penny Barat and the following summer married her.

2002, Third Eye Telepictures re-brands itself as Enticing Entertainment, A Global Media Services Associate focused on development, production, publishing, marketing, and entrepreneurship.

2004 Book 5, Welcome To My World : An Insider's Guide To Brain Injury

2005, founds The Needy Smorgasbord Project and FoodNeed.org, a national outreach and service effort supporting the fight against hunger.

In the mean time, Mike directly helps raise more than $65 million for the Disabled throughout the USA, authors 13 books, and 6,000 + published articles
