There are two types of products in the slush or snow cone industry that are available. One is a liquid slush syrup and the other is a dry powder product where you just add water. Dry powder is much easier to make, easier to ship, longer shelf life and is easy to mix. BUT using a dry product you can’t get the flavour as in liquids. We used to have a dry product line but discontinued it as the quality and taste of our products are more important to us.
