Boris Dobrin

Boris Dobrin is the Founder and CEO of the Dobrin Group, a privately-owned conglomerate that is transforming the way consumers access and experience goods and services across a variety of sectors. As CEO, he is in charge of all corporate activities, including The Testing Company, Dobrin Group's flagship organization that offers free COVID-19 testing to events, enterprises, organizations, and individuals around the country.

He grew up in Lviv, Ukraine, amid a family of competent engineers, addressing daily issues and obstacles. His entrepreneurial DNA drives his instinctive problem-solving abilities and interest in bettering the world around him. He was born in Southern California and started his work as a teller at Wells Fargo before founding his first business, BD Investments, at the age of 19. Dobrin went on to create a cutting-edge food delivery technology platform and ultimately disrupt the lucrative (but technologically problematic) healthcare industry.

His approach of applying tomorrow's technology to improve today's conventional business model has proved effective in increasing productivity and favorably benefiting user experience and organizational bottom line.
