Boris Simon

Boris Simon, a dedicated public educator and administrator based in New Jersey, possesses a comprehensive academic background. Before embarking on his current career path, Boris achieved significant educational milestones. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership from William Paterson University in Wayne. Additionally, Boris obtained a Master of Science degree in Educational Technology from Ramapo College in Mahwah. Driven by his belief that further exploration in the field of educational leadership would open doors and help dismantle academic barriers for students, Boris pursued a Doctorate in Educational Leadership.

Boris's extensive experience as both a teacher and principal has provided him with valuable insights inside and outside the classroom, allowing him to understand the educational disparities and aspirations of his students more deeply. During his tenure as an elementary school teacher, Boris collaborated closely with parents and fellow educators to ensure the academic success of his students. Recognizing the impressionable nature of students during their developmental years, where they look to leaders and peers as examples, Boris took proactive measures to foster a positive peer culture. He established a peer mediation program, investing considerable effort to create a more cohesive and unified student body.

Upon assuming the role of Principal, Boris Simon continued to prioritize the goal of fostering unity among students, implementing school initiatives and engaging parents in the process. Through his direct involvement in student affairs and the implementation of effective strategies, Boris witnessed the fruits of his labor. Improved student behavior and the cultivation of meaningful community relationships became the hallmarks of a thriving school environment under his leadership.
