I have spent several years building and publicizing the Born Again Vintage brand which has allowed me to dubbed “vintage expert” by the New York Times. My book "Born Again Vintage: 25 Ways to Deconstruct, Reinvent and Re- cycle Your Wardrobe" (Crown Publishing, 2008) has been reviewed in over 50 different publications. I created two sustainable classes for Fashion Institute of Technology, and most recently have had my work appear in November 2015 Harpers Bazaar UK. To further sustainable awareness I have joined forces with 2 other designers under the name SMARTER Clothing Project to create worksops/educational outlets on sustainability.
