I love life and all it has to offer !! The sudden death of my husband caused me to rethink my role in life. It caused me to step out of my comfort zone and follow my passion. Since then I have been on the " ride of my life"; causing me to redefine and re examine many of the values I grew up with. My journey has allowed me to touch base with my soul.

My latest adventure is called " Transitions in Life" and I assist individuals with change. In life there are no endings and no beginning, just adventure.
