Hi, I’m Matt Leitz

I build businesses that help other people build theirs. It’s what I’ve done for years and truthfully, it’s what keeps me fired up.

I’ve been in the game for a couple of decades now. Not the shiny, filtered version of entrepreneurship, but the real, sleeves-rolled-up kind. I’ve created tools, systems, and training that actually work for people who are in it, people trying to grow something that lasts.

I’m the founder and CEO of BotBuilders, based in Phoenix, Arizona. We help small business owners grow using smart automation, AI, and practical marketing systems. No gimmicks. Just things that actually move the needle. We’ve trained over 100,000 entrepreneurs, built some of the best-performing chatbots out there, and created tools that help business owners get more leads, close more sales, and, maybe most importantly, get their time back.

Wins, Losses, and the Stories in Between

I’ve seen both sides of the coin: some big wins and a few crash-and-burn moments that taught me more than any textbook ever could.

I’ve sold board games, built software companies, launched courses, coached at a high level, run ecommerce brands, and grown a real estate portfolio. Some of those ideas took off. Some flatlined. But every single time, I picked up something useful. I don’t teach from theory. I teach from scraped knees and real experience.

One of the best lessons came from one of my worst flops, a board game I created called Don’t Be a Loser. It tanked. Hard. But it taught me how to pivot, how to take failure on the chin without letting it define me. That stumble helped shape the mindset that eventually led to building multiple 7-figure businesses that make a real impact.

Since then, I’ve written for Entrepreneur, spoken on stages, and hosted hundreds of webinars where I break things down in a way that’s simple, practical, and maybe even a little fun. I’m not here to impress anyone with jargon. I’m here to help people take action.
