Soufiane Boudarraja

I am a Transformation & Operating Model Leader based in Frankfurt, Germany. I build the operating architecture that makes transformation hold: clear mandates, ownership and decision rights, KPI and value logic, operating cadence, workflow and automation readiness, continuity, adoption, and handover.

I developed this perspective across nearly twenty years at Dell Technologies, progressing from frontline operations in Casablanca to Chief of Staff and Regional Transformation Leader in Frankfurt. My work has covered finance and Order-to-Cash, customer experience, supply chain, process engineering, governance, risk, business continuity, automation, and AI/ML-enabled workflow across Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America.

The record includes USD 276M+ in cash acceleration in one quarter with a 1.3-day DSO improvement, 84,000+ staff hours returned through automation, and AI/ML order-management yield that exceeded target by 80 percent. The value behind those outcomes did not come from isolated tools or projects. It came from turning fragmented ownership, handoffs, data, workflow, and escalation into governed operating systems.

Since leaving Dell Technologies in September 2024, I have been codifying and testing this method through S|B Engine, an independent operating lab and method-transfer system. My current work spans operating-model design, transformation governance, workflow and AI readiness, continuity, leadership capability transfer, practical tools, writing, and facilitation.

I am Moroccan and work in Arabic, French, and English while developing my German. My interests sit at the intersection of organizational systems, applied technology, inclusive leadership, and practical capability transfer. The standard is simple: build systems people can run, improve, and sustain after the transformation work moves on.
