Soufiane is a Frankfurt-based Principal Strategist and independent consultant who spent two decades inside one of the world’s largest technology companies, building systems that replaced heroics with repeatable performance.
Born in Casablanca, Morocco, he entered the workforce at 16 and joined the technology industry at 18, routing customer emails. Over twenty years at Dell Technologies, he progressed from granular process work to executive strategy, ultimately serving as Chief of Staff and Regional Transformation Leader for a €14 billion global organization. The pattern across every chapter was the same: see something, step in, build something that outlasts the moment.
The outcomes were concrete. $276 million in trapped cash accelerated in a single quarter through Order-to-Cash governance. Over $100 million in cost savings delivered through process and quality initiatives. 84,000+ staff hours saved annually via targeted automation on Microsoft Power Platform. But the recurring lesson was never a number. It was this: the people who actually know the business, the ones holding it together in the middle, solving problems every day, were never given the systems or the authority to lead the change. Organizations kept running on heroes until those heroes burned out.
In September 2024, Soufiane left Dell to build an independent practice around that conviction. Today, as a Reinvention Architect, he equips growing companies with the operational architecture and leadership capability to drive transformation from within. His consulting practice, the S|B Engine, serves SMB founders and operations leaders across the EU and International markets through three engagement tiers: diagnostic audits, transformation sprints, and retained advisory.
