Simmone Bowe

Simmone L. Bowe or 'Minister Simmone' has accepted her life's assignment "to help people and organizations to discover, enbrace and live their true self" and finds great joy and fulfillment in seeing others transform into the people they were created to be. She has been on this path for over 20 years through her experiences in education, corporate training, human resources, and management.

Born in Miami, Florida and raised in Nassau, Bahamas, Simmone is a transformational consultant, speaker, event planner, worship leader, coach, and author. Her desire is to help others to discover, explore, and pursue their divine potential and purpose so they can live meaningfully and authentically in every aspect of their lives. Using her gifts to design and provide training in leadership, customer service, career development, and work readiness, her training sessions, workshops, and retreats have aided those in both the public and private sectors. Her vibrant, sincere, thought-provoking individual and group sessions challenge people to think about their choices and encourage them to make the tough decisions that will move them to a place of fulfillment.

Simmone has a diploma in Hotel, Catering and Tourism Studies, a Bachelor of Arts in English, a Master of Science in Career and Human Resource Development, and is a Certified Hospitality Educator, Certified Hospitality Department Trainer, and Certified Path Facilitator among others. She is currently pursuring her doctorate in Transformational Leadership with emphasis in Organizational Transformation. She has held positions in education at the secondary and tertiary levels and administrative positions in public and private sector organizations in at-risk youth work, education and human resources.

She has authored three books: Communication of a Higher Order, Help! I Need a Job and By Design: Principles for Choosing a Career. She is the host of a five-minute motivational radio and TV show called Ready4Change. She has founded and operates Horizons Development Group, a business services and transformational strategy consultancy firm, Horizons Academy, an alternative school designed to help at-risk youth discover and pursue their potential, and Project Read Abaco, a structured literacy program for youth and adults. She is a passionate worship leader, community activist and nation builder at heart and has ministered throughout The Bahamas, the USA, and Nigeria.
