I can't really recall when I started to struggle with my weight. It's really been my entire life. I have tried "diets" as they were called. Now that I am an adult I have realized it's so much more of a "diet". As an adult, it's a lifestlye change. The last thing I want to do is to lose all this weight and then to gain it back by going off the "diet". I am here to adapt healthier habits. To be a Weight Watchers rockstar! I'm 23 years old and getting to that point where I would love to get married and have kids. I want to be healthy enough to have children and to be able to make healthy decisions while I'm pregnant and when I am raising them! I want to live a long, happy, and healthy life. So this is my journey.

Goal 1: Lose 10 pounds
Goal 2: Lose 20 pounds
Goal 3: Lose 30 pounds
Goal 4: Lose 40 pounds
Goal 5: Lose 50 pounds

I have more then the above to lose, but that's a start!!
