My photo here was taken at Misol-Ha Cascadas in Chiapas, Mexico. Being around such natural wonders reminds me just what an amazing gift it is to be. My only true ambition in life right now is to learn how to be as at one with our amazing planet as it is possible to be, whilst living within the realms of capitalism and globalisation at the same time. These latter two encapsulations are, regrettably, inevitable, as is the dystopian future that is unfolding, exponentially, before our very eyes, but I am learning to try and take what is positive from them and use them to some advantage.

I try to live as simple an existence as I can. I am not here to impress anyone in any way. An achievement for me is to erect a greenhouse and cultivate my own tomatoes, other vegetables and fruit where possible; to slowly mould the the character traits that will best serve my amazing little daughter as she embarks on her own magical journey that is always beginning and never ends; To learn and understand the benefits of patience and tolerance that surely lead to greater wisdom and a better understanding of life and those we share it with.

I work in home improvements. I find it to be a creative process, physically demanding at times and always a different challenge with each job I undertake. I get to meet lots of different types of people and have worked this way in 4 different countries, picking up different skills and mindsets along the way. I had no real education, which was my choice, I just plum wasn't interested as I just didn't have a studious mind. I have only ever been able to learn anything by actually doing it.
