Wedding photos are more than just pictures - they need to capture the moment of love, promise,memory, passion and joy.

My name is Benn Brown and I am the owner/operator of Blue Sky Photography. I have always believed that to capture these moments, it needs to be real, natural and heartfelt.

I also love being able to show the moments you don’t see. Grandma wiping a tear from her eye, Dad’sproud stance as he walks his daughter down the aisle and the moment the bride and groom see other forthe first time.

I take my responsibility to bring you amazing images seriously but at the same want to have fun and bepart of your day. I believe the best photos come from a close relationship with the bride and groom andI enjoy getting to know you while you plan your wedding.

Forget boring, over posed wedding photos, there is nothing I love more than the challenge of finding unique and different ways to capture your special moments. Big skies, dramatic beach landscapes, and stunning backdrops are the creative inspiration but it is always the people who are the heroes.

My enthusiasm is infectious and I know couples appreciate my fun personality and ability to take control on the day in a calm and unobtrusive manner.

It is this belief that has earned Blue Sky Photography a reputation as one of the leading photographers in North Queensland, specialising in weddings in Cairns, Palm Cove, Port Douglas, Mission Beach andthe Atherton Tablelands.

I have won several recent photography awards and am a fully accredited member of the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP) and as such am bound to its code of ethics.
