Since dropping out of college in 1995, I've had a hand in creating several companies. Some were successful, some not so much. They include IGN (IPO, later acquired by Fox), MyBlogLog (acquired by Yahoo!), Gnip (acquired by Twitter) and OneTrueFan (acquired by BigDoor).
I also invest in and advise early-stage startups, including Chromatic, CitizenNet, Foodzie (acquired by Joyus), Gigwell, Intense Debate (acquired by Automattic), Simpli.st, Ubooly, Zemanta and Zynga (IPO).
I live in Boulder and frequently visit SF, LA and NYC. I see loads of live music and listen to vinyl whenever possible.
