Has successfully created, led and executed strategic business/marketing plans and business development programs. Those plans generated a cummulative value of more than $100 million in new revenue.
Bracey Wilson has developed much of his career in countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, and United States (NY), in global companies, always working in marketing. He worked as Commercial Director for Latin America of Yves Saint Laurent for 5 years and then for 10 years at Revlon as Regional Marketing Director for Latin America first, to became then Global Marketing Director based in NY.
Under his leadership were developed and are now in the Global market, products at massive and selective markets. Examples include: Beauté et Soins de YSL (makeup and skin care), mass market fragrances such as Naté Naturals or makeup products as Growluscious Mascara or Revlon Color Burst lipstick.
He also did consulting work for L' Oréal, Sanofi and Wella in Brazil and today owns a Branding + Creativity agency (www.divanchile.com), in Chile which has worked for brands such as CH Carolina Herrera, Nina Herrera, Purificación Garcia, Rhein, Sal Lobos, Colloky, Opaline, L´Oreal, Dimension Azul, Creado por Nosotras, Ritz Carlton, HP, Fiat, Flores, Colorado, Movicenter, among others.
Branding, Strategic Marketing and Marketing Metrics Professor since 1999 in different universities in Chile.
He was twice honored, with the award of Best Professor of the Master Of Marketing UAI by the generation of students, graduated in November 2012 and November 2014.
He was distinguished as Best Professor of the MDM program UDP in the years 2011, 2012 and 2014
