I'm into travel, tourism, arts, culture, heritage, higher education, books, curios, multi-media, design, architecture, urban landscapes, gourmet food & GLAM (Galleries, Libraries, Archives & Museums).
My research is inter-disciplinary and multi-genre. It incorporates narrative non-fiction; adaptive reuse of heritage buildings; streetscapes; urban morphology; lost buildings, the reinvention of cities; historiography of theatrical entertainment, popular culture, atmospherics and public space on the Victorian Goldfields 1850s -1870s.
