Welcome to my tiny corner of the web where you can learn a little bit about.me!

I am a Senior Sourcing Specialist at Aon Hewitt, partnering exclusively with BMO Bank of Montreal. I have in excess of twelve years of consultative full-cycle recruitment experience (business development, relationship management, sourcing, interviewing, assessing, etc.). My initial six years were spent in the agency world, the last seven with Aon Hewitt. Over the past year my role has become much more specialized, focused almost solely on sourcing the right talent for my partners. I am always seeking to network with both new and old friends. I really do get tremendous satisfaction from connecting industry leading companies with world class talent!

Aside from sourcing and recruitment I am fascinated by social media strategy, resulting consumer behaviour, and the interconnected technology and marketing that drive it all. About me personally, I am a husband and father of two incredible little girls. My family drive me nuts usually, but always in a wonderful way. They are my pride and joy and the most important part of me. I am a hockey and football fan (that's soccer to you!). I'm also an avid reader and have been known to enjoy a video game or two.
