Brad Brown

I like to think I do two things well - filling my role at home as a father/husband, and working hard to achieve success at my job. Any time left after those two things is mostly spent reading and, occasionally, sleeping.

My "job" has changed quite over the years. Originally, I had dreams of being a doctor, and went to college to study Pre-Med science, but also became entranced with Classical Greek. After graduation, I spent the first 15 years of my post-college life in restaurant operations - growing to a position as the Director of Operations for a multi-unit franchise. Eventually, though, the common thread that has woven through my life - a love of technology and learning to put it to use - won out. These days, I'm a Software Engineer, mostly writing Python, and I can't imagine doing anything else.
