Growing up within the dynamics of an affected family unit, my life experience with treating a bipolar disorder, type 2 diagnosis dates back 30 years.

Personally involved as the plaintiff in a civil rights, bipolar disorder disability discrimination lawsuit against my previous employer of eleven years, a Fortune 500 company, I know first hand the battle and survival struggles individuals with this disorder may face. Jury trial, punitive damages to the jury, appealed to the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, 14 year in litigation, I do not give up. I live my life as the “Man in the Arena”.
