I'm Brad, and I’m driven by a passion for technology and its power to connect people in meaningful, human ways. Having lived across multiple countries, videoconferencing has played a personal role in my life—bridging distances and maintaining relationships through the richness of face-to-face interaction, even when separated by oceans.

This deep connection to communication technology has shaped my career. With over a decade of experience in the AV industry, I’ve worked across the full project lifecycle—from consultation to delivery—helping organisations create impactful, intuitive solutions that enhance collaboration, culture, and performance. I’m proud to have contributed to projects that push the boundaries of innovation, including one that was recognised as a 2023 AVIA finalist.

Originally from the UK, my life outside of work is just as driven by passion and energy. I’ve competed on the Kitesurfing Freestyle World Tour and at a national level, run international coaching clinics, and spent five winters in the Cook Islands sharing my love for the sport. My adventures have also taken me into cross-country paragliding competitions and airshows in New Zealand, and I continue to chase wind, waves, and airtime whenever I can—whether it's through kitesurfing, speed flying, mountain biking, or skating.

Most importantly, I’m a proud father of two amazing girls & married to my beautiful wife. You’ll often find me poolside at swim squad training or cheering at weekend swim meets—balancing family, work, and adventure in every way I can.
