Small Business Owner in Los Angeles, California

Hey, I’m Brad. I’m a small business owner living in Los Angeles, California. So you like real estate. Me too. I don’t know what it is about it, it just seems important to me. Weirdly, I get a strange satisfaction knowing that mortgages are being paid off every month, that monthly payments are coming in and paying down the outstanding balance. Equally, I get an unusual rush when I see neglected houses needing repairs, start getting the attention they deserve, and have all the repairs made that bring the property back into tip top condition. You see, every house had a vision for at the very outset of its construction. Maybe it served that vision for a little while, but over time became forgotten. Due care stopped being taken, repairs stopped being made, and the property fell into disrepair. It’s strange, but for me there’s nothing that compares to taking an ugly fixer upper and making it beautiful again, giving the new homeowner a gorgeous palace to live, and the neighborhood a home with pride of ownership. I did all kinds of study at school, did an engineering degree at university, but here I am fixing houses, and I love it. I love it so much I’m writing about it now just to express myself. And honestly, hopefully, I hope I can transfer some of my enthusiasm for the process to you too. Because if you get hooked on doing this the same way I am hooked on it, good things happen in your local neighborhood, it improves, and you create wealth; for yourself, your family, and your community. I invite you to subscribe to my mini-course, it’s free and gives you a grounding in the process of fixing and flipping houses. If you want to take the next step, I highly recommend you do (because your life will change for the better). Invest in some of the paid programs which will provide you with actionable detail. Everything is reasonably priced and provides value way beyond the dollars invested. Ben Franklin said “an investment in yourself pays the highest dividends”. He would know, being America’s first self-made millionaire. In your learning phase, follow this advice, do as Ben Franklin says; invest in learning products and research as much as you need to. Then take action. You will never regret it.
