An accomplished entrepreneur, Brad Pavloski has spent over twenty years founding, developing and operating innovative and highly successful business models in global communications and waterfront real estate.

A University of Wisconsin - Madison graduate with degrees in Finance and Marketing, Brad was a member of the illustrious UW Badgers Football Team. Young and ambitious, he deferred acceptance to several top law schools to partner with his brother Pat and co-found World Link Discount Telecommunications. The company quickly rose to become one of Japan’s top discount communications providers, repeatedly profiled in Japanese business publications and featured on CNN and CNN Headline News. Selling the company in 2006, he and Pat returned attention to their home state of Wisconsin.

Based in Wisconsin Rapids, Brad and Pat now operate two of the most highly acclaimed lakefront real estate markets in the Midwest.

Once quoted by the DuPont Registry as the Midwest's ‘best kept secret,’ Castle Rock Lake has become Wisconsin's premier recreational lake. In addition to the development of approximately 4000 acres and 7.5 miles of shoreline, Brad and Pat have designed and built multiple smaller spring fed lakes and communities in close proximity, tying in recreational opportunities to this great resource. Impact on the local community includes the sale of more than 600 lakefront properties, and an increased tax base of well over $150,000,000.

NEPCO Lake was once a 500 acre undeveloped paradise. This uniquely set, sand bottom lake with ultra-clear water has been referred to as a Canadian Lake in Central Wisconsin since the 70’s. After purchasing 1300 acres and 6 miles of shoreline frontage in this pristine setting, the brothers again began establishing lakefront communities. Development and sales began in 2012, and is expected to add over $100 million to the local tax base.

Through commitment to quality and comprehensive vertical integration, they provide exceptional products and a streamlined process for a notably lower cost. Beyond drawing a substantial consumer base, the company has positively impacted local communities through an increased tax base, boosted local employment, municipality construction and sizable land donations
