Brad Baum
Cleveland, Tennessee
Brad is a graduate of The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 2008. Since then, he has been actively honing his skills, making him a top candidate for any company to have.
Having worked in the administrative field for over 10 years, Brad is more than ready to start a long and successful career with a prospective company. Brad is currently employed with Lowe's Companies, Inc., a Fortune 500 retailer. During his tenure here as the Administrative Department Manager, he put his skills to the test and is running an accurate and efficient team.
Starting at Lowe's from scratch in April of 2010, Brad had progressively learned all the aspects of the business, and very quickly became the go-to person with any issues; hence the nickname "The Guru." If there was an answer to be found, he either knew it, or he would figure out where to find it.
Brad's rapid learning/problem-solving skills were undoubtedly developed through his many years with Baum Management, a family-owned restaurant and rental establishment. He started at the bottom and worked his way up to management, and eventually assisted with all the administrative tasks in running the business. Having a personal ownership in the company gave Brad a sink-or-swim mentality; when faced with a problem, you must figure it out, or it will defeat you.
Aside from his profession, Brad has a true passion for artistic expression through graphic design. His creative mind has been put to use throughout his career in developing marketing materials, logos, slogans, and many other business-enhancing graphics. This creative side of Brad has also translates into his everyday career by finding creative solutions to everyday problems.
Strong work ethic, reliable, determined; just a few key characteristics that define Brad in his career. Not only can he do the job, but he will do the job, and do it well.
