Brad is a thought influencer who works to advance social equity. With more than a decade of creating innovative, effective, and sustainable IT solutions to expand access to critical safety-nets, Brad continues to build a more holistic outlook of the moral imperative. He earnestly considers the question, ‘what kind of people and communities do we wish to be' – and insofar as we practice our collective answer to that question through public policy inertia, attempting to excise the ethical valence from the concept of social equity is not an idea worth salvaging.

Brad contends, that we ought not to abandon the greatest good that wearily binds us to our shared social contact. If our collective fears cease abandoning the shared agreements in this contract, then we may all prevail as we will have embraced virtue ethics becoming the path ushering our social and economic equity policy discourse.
