Brad Hobbs is Principal of BizBrand Foundry, a consulting company where he brings over 20 years of professional experience to his clients most pressing initiatives.
Previously, Brad was VP, Global Brand Marketing at Trane Commercial Systems where he built a broader, more powerful global Trane brand to support doubling sales in less than 3 years, thought leadership in Vertical Markets (+$21B opportunity), and led their e-business manifesto from strategy discussion to go-to-market efforts, a $1.0B services opportunity, to fulfill unmet customer needs for greater share of wallet.
He joined Trane from IBM where he held Corporate Marketing roles of Director, IBM Corporate Brand Strategy and Director, Worldwide Marketing Management.
His earlier professional experience also encompasses AT&T;, Chesebrough-Pond’s / Unilever, Pizza Hut / Pepsico, General Mills, and Fleet Bank.
MBA from Indiana University in Marketing & Human Resources where was a Consortium for Graduate Study in Management Fellow.
Also, obtained BA from Bates College where majored in Economics and completed thesis on Economic Sanctions & Apartheid Policy.
