Bradford Jacob (VIrginia)

An experienced litigator in Virginia, Bradford Jacob established his legal career in 1993 as an Associate Attorney at Midkiff and Hiner, P.C. Since that time, he has successfully defended more than 30 multimillion-dollar cases as first chair counsel and argued before Virginia’s highest courts. His experience with commercial contracts includes negotiating more than $4 billion for domestic and international agreements.

Mr. Jacob also holds extensive experience in arbitrations and mediations. Over the course of his career, Bradford Jacob has held prominent positions with several law firms and businesses throughout Virginia. His recent professional experience includes serving as Counsel for Sands, Anderson, Marks and Miller, P.C. from 2000 to 2003; President of East West Properties, LLC, from 2003 to 2006; Senior Counsel and Director of Commercial Contracts at Delta-T Corporation from 2006 to 2008; and Legal Counsel and Director of Contracts at Alstom Power Inc. from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Jacob recently joined EPC Consulting, LLC, in Richmond, Virginia. Currently active as the company’s President, Bradford Jacob focuses on delivering expert advisory services to the energy and construction industries. Bradford Jacob studied Business Administration at the University of Richmond, earning his Bachelor of Science in May 1989. Continuing his education at the University’s T.C. Williams School of Law, he earned his Juris Doctor in May 1993. He achieved admittance to practice law in Virginia that same year. In 2002, Bradford Jacob was admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States. Beyond his career as an attorney and business leader, Mr. Jacob served for several years in the United States Army Reserve in Richmond, holding the position of Brigade Operations Officer for two years. In 2003, he served the United States Army at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina, as a Medical Claims Supervisor.
