Hello, I’m Bradford Patrick. I’m an Estate Agent living in Delray Beach, Florida. Being born in Florida and having the wonderful experience of growing up in Boca Raton, I am well acquainted with all the neighborhoods, schools, parks and widely diverse community activities. Since I went to school here, I have an understanding of the differences and similarities in each city and neighborhood, which is valuable and useful in helping my clients find the exact property they are looking for.

Being a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2014 and having grown up in the family real estate business, affords me the opportunity to bring that commitment and expertise to Mizner Grande specializing in Waterfront and Beach Properties. My passion is real estate and I pride myself with having a reputation for being honest, professional, and very knowledgeable about the local real estate market. I graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelors in Business Management and a minor in Social Entrepreneurship.

As a member of the National Association of Realtors and Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, I take pride in dealing in an ethical and professional manner. I recognize and understand the financial investment people make in their homes and my mission is to make that experience, whether buying or selling, a fantastic one!

My favorite hobbies are snow skiing in Colorado and boating in Florida.
