Brad Domitrovitsch

Brad J. Domitrovitsch is an American businessman and entrepreneur based in Pennsylvania. He holds a B.S. in Economics and an MBA from Moravian College, where he graduated as Valedictorian.

Over more than 20 years, Domitrovitsch has built businesses across five industries: recycling, transportation, water infrastructure, energy services, and environmental consulting. He founded the Hydration Company of Pennsylvania in 2011, led the company to a U.S. patent award in 2020, and took the business public through a reverse merger in 2017 as American Energy Partners, Inc. As Chairman and CEO, he completed six strategic acquisitions and grew the company to a peak market capitalization of over $75 million with approximately 160 employees.

He is also the founder of West End Consulting Group LLC and has spoken at the Pittsburgh Smart Business Dealmakers Conference on topics including deal risk quantification and counterparty analysis.
