Brad Jersak
As the co-founder of Fresh Wind Press and the Fresh Wind Christian Fellowship, author and teacher Brad Jersak brings a lifelong faith in Christ to his work, spreading a positive spiritual message in his native Canada and beyond. Widely recognized as a leader in the area of listening prayer, Jersak frequently travels the world delivering seminars on the topic, speaking at churches, colleges, and religious conferences alike.
In the ministry for more than 20 years, Brad Jersak maintains an emphasis on the unique spiritual needs of children, individuals with physical and developmental disabilities, and marginalized members of the community, and he helps each of his parishioners to hear God's voice. A prolific writer, Jersak shares his teachings through popular works such as Fear No Evil, Kissing the Leper, Rivers From Eden, and Can You Hear Me? Tuning in to the God Who Speaks. The latter has been translated into Korean and German. Noted for his philanthropic work as well, Brad Jersak has volunteered his time as a board member for Soulstream, Faith Builders, and the Key of David, and has provided funding for the Winnipeg Crisis Pregnancy Centre, Mercy and Compassion Homes African orphanages, and World Vision International. When not working, he enjoys hiking in the North Cascades and reads fiction whenever possible.
At present, Brad Jersak is pursuing a Ph.D. in Theology at Bangor University in Wales. A graduate of Trinity Western University, Briercrest Seminary, and Briercrest College, Jersak earned his Master of Divinity, Master of Arts in Biblical Studies, and Bachelor of Religious Education respectively from these schools.
