As a father, husband, son, police officer, deputy chief, board member, and many other roles I find myself constantly changing hats. The one thing that I find consistent in all those roles though is that I am always learning something. Whether it be about the awesomeness of people or the simple workings of a piece of technology there is always something there that is new, tweaked or improved. You just have to be looking for it.
