In the gambling world, going “all in” means risking everything you’ve got on one hand. Either you win big, or lose everything. There are plenty of ways to navigate this life and my choice is to live big, go all in, and be generous. I have many roles which include the following: husband, father, son, friend, pastor, entrepreneur, domain investor, web enthusiast, missionary, and more.

I am devoted to following Jesus wherever he leads me. Thus far He has led me to some pretty crazy places, pretty crazy adventures and the adventure continues. I have traveled the world drilling water wells, planting churches, and preaching the gospel in a multitude of places: India, Singapore, Honduras, Peru, Germany, Italy, France, Hong Kong, Belarus, Russia, Mexico, and all over the United States. I was the lead pastor of an incredibly authentic community in Scottsdale, AZ called E3 Church for 10 years. Then I merged our church and became the XP of a multi-campus church for 11 years. I enjoyed building systems and structures to support the mission of the local church. Over the years, I noticed the emphasis on the weekend services (the hazer, LED walls, robotic cameras), all of which are important, but the discipleship and life change/transformation piece was often neglected, and I couldn't keep performing without prizing the people and their transformational journey in Christ.

In January of 2024, I stepped into a new role as Managing Director of Church Advancement for a discipleship-focused SaaS platform called The StudioC. We help hundreds of churches connect with every individual in their church through personalized engagement and messaging, caring for and coaching them through discipleship steps.

My life is richer because of mentors and good friends. I love my family and have an amazing wife of 25 years who keeps me grounded, focused, and continually reminds me to stop and smell the roses. Our story is pretty crazy, and one that I cherish. We have 3 beautiful children (17, 21, 24), and more than anything, I love being their father.
