Bradley Sicha assists dealerships across the continent as an Automotive Process Consultant with MSX International, a Warren, Michigan-headquartered firm. His primary role is as a stand-up trainer for OEM-specific processes, implementing Express Maintenance programs for multi-line and Toyota dealerships. He has also seen great success at implementing the Mazda Dealer Process Improvement Initiative at numerous facilities. Bradley Sicha works with auto dealerships across North America, presenting the pre-work and creating action plans for dealer service managers. These programs are being replicated by other manufacturers because of their high levels of efficiency and profitability.
Mr. Sicha has more than 15 years of experience in the automotive retail industry. He began his career as a Service Advisor at the world's highest volume Cadillac dealership, prior to his promotion into a management role. His professional experience extends to a position as Service Manager and Director of Fixed Operations with a major multi-line dealership. As an MSXI International Automotive Process Consultant, Bradley Sicha provides on-site consultative training, motivating team members to perform at the highest levels of quality and service. His achievements include substantially improving departmental retail performance, while significantly increasing cohesion and morale.
Mr. Sicha's resume encompasses three years of service as United States Navy Larc Commander for LARC-V (Oarfish) Beachmaster Unit One. Stationed in Coronado, California, he held certification as Assault Boat Coxswain, commanding a number of major operations in Korea, Kenya, the Philippines, and Thailand. He received service distinction through the Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, the Navy Good Conduct Medal, and the Battle Excellence Award. Mr. Sicha earned a Bachelor of Science of Business Administration from the University of Toledo, Ohio, in 2009.
